Kimberly Watson Guests on the Issue Space Podcast

Graham’s President & CEO, Kimberly Watson, is a guest on the new Issue Space podcast episode, “Impact in Flux: Surviving a Chaotic Impact Era.”

On May 14, Kym joined host Cat Addo and fellow impact professionals Nagela Dales of Open House New York and Omar Hakim of Apicha Community Health Center for a thought-provoking panel discussion about the uncertainty of the current moment—and how we can channel compassion into tangible action.

The rich conversation included words of resilience and hope, including how we can learn from the past while looking to the future of a shifting impact space. Kym shared how Graham’s recent organizational rebrand helped us look at where we’ve been and where we want to go as a community organization—ultimately informing our updated mission and our Vision 2029 strategic plan.

Fellow panelist Nagela Dales, Founder of Open House New York, shared the importance of co-creating solutions with community leaders. Omar Hakim, Social Worker at Apicha Community Health Center, offered mental health advice: seek out personal and professional spaces where you feel a sense of community.
