Graham’s Powerful Transition

Over the past year, we were thrilled to celebrate the historic elevation of KIMBERLY WATSON as our first Black woman leader and one of the very few Black women leaders in organizations such as ours. In February, Kym and our former President & CEO, Jess Dannhauser, were invited to reflect on the work they did together, and with the Graham Board of Directors, to make their transition successful. We are pleased to share the recording of this discussion with you now!

Titled “Powerful Transitions,” this conversation was led by Melinda Wolfe, who provided succession-focused coaching to Jess, and Alice Naude, from Greater New York, the organization that facilitated the executive coaching.
