Earlier this week, the United States House of Representatives voted to pass their budget bill. The bill includes significant funding cuts to Medicaid, SNAP, and other essential public assistance programs for children and families. The bill now heads to the Senate, where it is closer to becoming law and putting these services at risk for millions of families.
