ABOUT GRAHAM

Founded in 1806, Graham Windham is a pioneering force for change in the lives of children and families in New York City, and in the systems that serve them. Grounded in evidence and the wisdom of those we serve, Graham has created innovative practices that have dramatically improved outcomes and are now being scaled.  In partnership with families and communities, Graham strives to make a life-altering difference for children: a safe, loving, permanent family and the opportunity and preparation to thrive in school and in the world.  We do this through parenting supports, youth education and career coaching, community centers, family foster care, adoption, and child and adolescent mental health, behavioral health, and health care coordination. To learn more, or if you like to get involved please reach out to Mayra Pacheco at pachecom@graham-windham.org or at 646-759-5760.
