Graham Windham operates youth development and family support programs at 11 community-based sites in Harlem, Brooklyn, and the Bronx for close to 5,000 children and their families each year. Services include family foster care, adoption, preventive services through family strengthening, mental and behavioral health, parenting supports, afterschool, and youth development.
Our school and community based programs are designed to helping young people succeed and thrive by providing critical and ongoing support where it is needed the most.
Our programs keep families together and help parents care safely for their children. We also serve 900 children through our foster care program in making a safe return back home, or place them in new homes that will provide love and unconditional support.
THE GRAHAM SCHOOL
The Graham School is an intensive elementary, middle, and high school (K-12) serving approximately 300 day-students referred by local school districts across the New York Metropolitan area and operated by the GREENBURGH-GRAHAM UNION FREE SCHOOL DISTRICT, a New York State Special Act School District.
