OUR APPROACH
Graham Windham operates youth development and family support programs at 11 community-based sites in Harlem, Brooklyn, and the Bronx for close to 5,000 children and their families each year. Services include family foster care, adoption, preventive services through family strengthening, mental and behavioral health, parenting supports, afterschool, and youth development.

FAMILY SUCCESS
Our programs keep families together and help parents care safely for their children. We also serve 900 children through our foster care program in making a safe return back home, or place them in new homes that will provide love and unconditional support.
