This is an exciting time for Graham Windham as we celebrate the first Leadership Academy Graduation. Leadership is something that matters in every role at Graham Windham. Our direct practice staff spends their days leading children, young people and families towards their goals in life. Nothing we do is more important than that. We launched the Leadership Academy to deepen the guidance and support for staff doing this most important work and to give our supervisor teams an active and influential voice in the direction and culture of Graham Windham.
